Knowing that there are as many users on the Internet in China than in
the USA, and that China is still far from its potential.

Knowing that the Web was developed with euro money...

Yes the Internet was initiated by the USA, but it is not anymore. Times
change...

This is what we call a global economy. ICANN needs to be global too.
