[Chapter-delegates] Staff announcement - Terry Monroe

Dear Chapter Delegates,

This mail is to inform you that Terry Monroe, Director of Development 
and Membership, has decided to leave the Internet Society effective 
27 February.  Terry has accepted a position as Director of Marketing 
and Corporate Relations with the International Association of Fire 
Chiefs.

As you know, ISOC's Membership Department is of high strategic 
importance and central to ISOC's credibility, while further being a 
key component informing all our activities.  Terry's leadership of 
the department has created a strong foundation for the future growth 
and success of our Chapters and Chapter programs as well as 
Organization Membership.  

I, and the rest of the organization remain committed to the goals, 
objectives and milestones set for the membership programs in 2008. 
During the transition, Anne Lord (Senior Manager, Chapter & 
Individual Members) and Drew Dvorshak (Senior Manager, Organization 
Members) will lead their respective programs.  

We are currently reviewing the requirements of our organization and 
we will keep you informed of our plans for replacement.

Please join me in wishing Terry the very best in his future endeavors.
