[Chapter-delegates] Mailman server upgrade - 14 Dec

Dear Colleagues,

Please note that due to an upgrade of ISOC's Mailman servers the web 
access to the mailing list archives will be unavailable from 17:00 UTC 
on Saturday December 14th until around 23:00 UTC the same day.

Mail sent to Mailman lists during this period may be delayed but 
messages will be queued and will not be lost.

Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any comments or 
questions.
