[Chapter-delegates] Internet Cafes in India Chennai ordered to photograph users on entry and have the photo records stores for the Police to inspect

Hello

Internet Cafes / Browsing Centers, at leastin Tamilnadu State as far as I
know,  were subjected to riigid rules such as inspect and record photo ids
before a customer is allowed access to a computer. Now during the last one
week, the fules have become even tougher with the Internet Cafes ordered to
photograph every user and store the photographs along with a photocopy of
the photo id of every customer / walk in.

This is on the wake of the recent serial blasts that happened in Bangalroe
and Ahmedabad cities of India.
