<div>Internet Cafes / Browsing Centers, at leastin Tamilnadu State as far as I know,  were subjected to riigid rules such as inspect and record photo ids before a customer is allowed access to a computer. Now during the last one week, the fules have become even tougher with the Internet Cafes ordered to photograph every user and store the photographs along with a photocopy of the photo id of every customer / walk in.</div>
