[Chapter-delegates] Project Funding application cycle opens 1 May

Dear Chapter Delegates:

The ISOC Project Funding application cycle opens on Thursday, 1 May  
and closes on Monday, 2 June.  The program is open to all ISOC Chapter  
and Individual Members to receive up to 10,000 USD for project  
activities meeting the criteria.
