[Chapter-delegates] ISOC structural changes

I just realised (yes I'm slow), that I should point you to Appendix 1 of
the board book of the last BoT meeting.

You will see there, that the 3 ISOC departments (Education, Policy,
Standards) are now complemented by Major Strategic Initiatives (Enabling
Access, Internetworks, Trust and Identity). The graph shows better the
new structure.
While these are changes that are interesting for the new role ISOC wants
to play on the international scene, I feel it is important, I, as board
member, point them to you so you know what is happening.
Feel free to talk to me, or to any board member on any issue. We will
have a virtual BoT meeting on the 19th May. enough time for you to tell
BoT what is going well, and what is not.
