[Chapter-delegates] Invitation for Testing Marratech

Great idea!  I missed the last e-meeting because of trouble joining.
Looks like I am having the same problem today.  Perhaps someone has
had similar trouble and can help.  When I perform the test it succeeds
but when I try to join the room, I get the following error repeatedly
until it finally gives up:

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
