[Chapter-delegates] Invitation for Testing Marratech

Dear Colleagues

In preparation for the upcoming e-meetings and for those who are not 
familiar with Marratech, we have set aside two *test sessions* for 
connecting to ISOC's Marratech Auditorium:

today,    16 April between UTC 14:30 and 15:30 and
tommorow, 17 April between UTC 09:00 and 10:00.

Please use the opportunity to try the software and join the "meeting room".
