[Chapter-delegates] Promotional materials

Dear Alejandro Pisanty,
The logistics can be discussed later. Whether we are going to print it
centrally and mail them to chapters worldwide once a year and upon
special requests, or if it is going to be an image master with
material specifications that the chapters can download and sent it to
their local printer or if it is going to be a "Content and design
guideline" for effectiveness and uniformity, or it is going to be a
electronic PDF, - all this can be discussed later.
Some chapters are good in presentation. Others may not be experts in
this area. So it is important that we produce a central document for
accuracy, image and consistency.
The description of chapter activities on ISOC.org may be sufficient,
but this has to be effectively integrated into the chapter brochure.
I have found that Anne Lord has an eye for the right words. When an
initial outline emerges, Anne could take a look at the content word
for word and ensure that the right words are used in the right
context.
If handled committedly, this exercise could result in expanding ISOC's
chapter base into a wider network of committed volunteers.
Thank you
Sivasubramanian Muthusamy
