[Chapter-delegates] Promotional materials

Sivasubramanian,

question, do the descriptions of Chapter achievements and activities in 
the present, general ISOC materials fail to fulfill your needs? (it might 
well be.)

Whatever your opinion on that, I would agree that we have to keep a list 
of achievements updated, and further, for it to be diverse enough to serve 
different kinds of efforts for the formation of new chapters and the 
growth of the existing ones.

As for print materials. It is only of limited efficiency to have large 
stacks of print in ISOC offices (even in the regional ones) compared with 
printing your own from templates, locally. Is this viable also in your 
region? Of course it also depends on how many copies you are needing!
