[Chapter-delegates] Add Value to your ISOC Membership - Join an ISOC Chapter!

Dear Sabrina: Please, it is important to emphasize that the Chapters were created to be intermediaries with the Headquarter. Who better to know and understand that unscrupulous subject can become members of our society. For this reason it must encourage the work of the Chapters to be the ones who approve or disapprove the entry of a member of a particular country. It is not right that some citizens are registered directly to Headquarters center, but would be meaningless the reason to exist of Chapters
I hope they can accept this modest suggestion Fraternally
