Many thanks for your email.  The breakdown follows that on the ISOC  
website, where you will find a list of regions and countries  
(pointing to chapters) identified within those regions.  Poland is  
located here:

As you correctly point out, a review of some of the 'labels' is  
required (for the website too) as they are outdated. Some help and  
guidance from the chapters in that would be very welcome.

However, my concern is that the survey is now underway and some  
responses may well have already been sent in from those in different  
timezones. As such, I fear it is too late to make any changes.    
There is also time pressure to give enough people time to respond  
before the deadline.

I do sincerely wish that you will be able to complete the survey as  
is, as your input is valuable to us.
