This site is for chapters to put news, but also it is fully 
multilingual, so each news can be translated in many languages.

It is a site maned by volunteers, so we need volunteers, to put news and 
to translate them.

If your chapters has not received its login access (or forgotten it), 
please contact Luc, Anne or myself. We can also create additional logins 
if need be.
