Sure, I just said that for us in Bulgaria it made sense. If ISOC 
would decide to go that way, or not, it's up to ISOC, and I believe 
that's why they are asking us. Alhtough we don't have a procedure to 
take into account the opinion of the chapters, I consider even the 
very fact of asking us, as a positive development.
