[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Participation in OneWebDay - Sept 22nd

Veni,

we still have to determine what is the ISOC angle. ISOC is acronym for 
"Internet Society"; if we were the "Web Society" we would be quite 
different.

At the very least, we would be looking away from 65,534 ports...

Those of us who believe in ISOC leadership know that jumping on bandwagons 
has its problems (as you do too.) So let's be sure what the deal is before 
we buy it.
