FYI 
The ALAC is planning to run a meeting/briefing on Domain Tasting on the evening of the 24th and I suspect many on this list will be interested in attending that (and I’m a rep to ALAC from APRALO) so I’d prefer to aim for the Tue 26th at 6pm so that I can represent ISOC-AU F2F at this important opportunity to get together.

As it seems that Saturday 23rd is not a very convenient date for many Isoc
Members, I would like to suggest that we organize the meeting on an evening
after all the other meetings.
Sunday 24th at 5pm.
Alternatively we can do it on Tuesday 26th at 6pm. 

Can you answer to the list about your availability on Sunday (and /or on
Tuesday)?
With your answers we will, with Anne and Patrick, organize the meeting at
the most convenient date to have as much as possible participants.

Dear Colleagues, 

This is in invitation to attend a Members and Chapters meetings in
San Juan, Puerto Rico on the afternoon of Saturday 23 June to discuss
ISOC Members participation in ICANN. The purpose of the meeting is to
have a "roundtable" to exchange information and discuss the
priorities and activities of ISOC members in the various ICANN
constituencies.

The meeting will be held in the Hilton Caribe. The exact room 
location together with the agenda will be posted as soon as it is
known. It is anticipated that the meeting will last 3-4 hours and
will start at 3pm (depending on availability of participants).

The agenda is still being developed but if you think there are 
specific issues that should be discussed, please do not hesitate to
let me know, along with any other queries or concerns you may have.
