As it seems that Saturday 23rd is not a very convenient date for many Isoc<br>
Members, I would like to suggest that we organize the meeting on an evening<br>
after all the other meetings.<br>
Sunday 24th at 5pm.<br>
Alternatively we can do it on Tuesday 26th at 6pm. <br>

Can you answer to the list about your availability on Sunday (and /or on<br>
Tuesday)?<br>
With your answers we will, with Anne and Patrick, organize the meeting at<br>
the most convenient date to have as much as possible participants. <br>

This is in invitation to attend a Members and Chapters meetings in<br>
San Juan, Puerto Rico on the afternoon of Saturday 23 June to discuss<br>
ISOC Members participation in ICANN. The purpose of the meeting is to<br>
have a "roundtable" to exchange information and discuss the<br>
priorities and activities of ISOC members in the various ICANN<br>
constituencies.<br>
<br>
The meeting will be held in the Hilton Caribe. The exact room <br>
location together with the agenda will be posted as soon as it is<br>
known. It is anticipated that the meeting will last 3-4 hours and<br>
will start at 3pm (depending on availability of participants).<br>
<br>
The agenda is still being developed but if you think there are <br>
specific issues that should be discussed, please do not hesitate to<br>
let me know, along with any other queries or concerns you may have.<br>
