[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Chapters @ IGF 2007

Dear Colleagues,

Related to Raj's note below and the IGF - a number of chapters at the  
ICANN meeting in Puerto Rico expressed an interest in getting  
together for a meeting just before the IGF begins in Rio. I am  
looking to see if we can secure a room and then we can start the  
planning. Sebastian Bellagamba will help organise this meeting as he  
is "in region".
