Gracias por su e-mail. Tomamos debida nota en la cual se comunica que el Sr. Sebastian sera en nexo entre los Capitulos de habla Hispana y el resto en otros idiomas y la Sede Central.
Hoy por hoy Latinoamerica y el mundo de Habla Hispana, requiere de una mayor difusion de las bondades de Internet, sean estas Tecnicas pero sobretodo de contenido que es lo que finalmente disfrutan los usuarios; vale decir el publico.
Deseamos que Sebastian Bellagamba, con su experiencia pueda ayudar a fusionar la aspiracion de los Capitulos regionales de habla hispana: "Internet de Todos y para todos" y que su exito o fracaso solo depende de el sino de todos quienes hemos asumido la responsabilidad de hacer de ISOC la guia y el norte para la Sociedad de la Informacion.
