[Chapter-delegates] Announcing ISOC's Manager - LAC Bureau

ISOC Chapter Delegates - 

We are pleased to report that after an extensive search for a candidate 
for the Latin American Bureau, we can now welcome Sebastian Bellagamba 
as Manager of the Bureau.  Sebastian will be joining with the other 
ISOC staff at our retreat this week in Nyon.

We were very encouraged to have received CVs from many qualified 
individuals throughout the region.  Thanks are due to our ISOC friends 
in the region; specifically, Rosa Delgado, Eduardo Diaz, Raul 
Echeberria, Alejandro Pisanty, Sebastián Ricciardi, and Edmundo Valenti 
who played a major role in the interview and evaluation process of our
finalists.

Sebastian distinguished career includes serving as President of the ISOC
Argentine chapter, as Chairman of the ICANN 
ASO Council, and as CTO of an Internet Service Provider in Argentina.

We are very excited to have Sebastian join ISOC!  Sebastian can be contacted
