Dear colleagues,
I am happy to inform you about a development in Bulgaria, which has
something to do with me personally: http://blog.veni.com/?p=188
I wish you all to have lots of investments in the Internet sectors in
your countries, as well. And I wish the American chapters, to be able
to live (and fight!) to the day when end-users in the US will have
high speed Internet access as we do in Bulgaria:-)
On a second note - you've probably seen the news that Frank Martin
published, that is that I will be responsible at ICANN for a very
huge region and 12 countries.

That, among other things, means that I am stepping down from the
Board of Trustees of ISOC, as there will be a number of conflicts
between what I do there, and what I will be doing at ICANN. However,
I will still continue to be involved in the chapter matters as a
chair of the Bulgarian ISOC, so you can always write me, ask me
questions, or allow me to ask you questions (I hope).
For me was an honor to serve ISOC, and I am thankful to the time, and
to the people who I met.
Sincerely,
Veni Markovski
