[Chapter-delegates] EU NGO Co-financing and decentralised Co-operation

The "NGO Co-financing" unit - EUROPEAID / F2 - is in charge of 
management of two budget lines :
The budget line 21 02 03 (ex B7-6000) is covering two types of financing:
       - The *actions of development* in favour of developing countries 
: *PVD
*         The financing is accessible only to the NGO from E.U. countries.
       - The *actions to raise European public** awareness of 
development issues* : *ED*
The budget line 21 02 13 (ex-B7-6002) is covering the decentralised 
Co-operation :
       - The *actions of strengthening the civil society of the South* : 
*CDC*
         The financing is accessible to the "Non State Actors (NSA)" 
from the South, as well as
         the NSA from the North.
