 style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">
</span><span style="font-family: Arial;" lang="en-gb">: <b><font
 size="4">ED</font></b></span></div>
<div align="justify"><span lang="en-gb">The budget line 21 02 13
(ex-B7-6002) is covering the decentralised Co-operation :<br>
       - The <b>actions of strengthening the civil society of the South</b>
: <b><font size="4">CDC</font></b></span></div>
<div align="justify"><span lang="en-gb">         The financing is
accessible to the "Non State Actors (NSA)" from the South, as well as<br>
         the NSA from the North.</span></div>
