I just returned from a few days out of the office and was very 
pleased to see the announcements of all the new chapters.

Please accept my sincere and warmest congratulations and welcome to 
all the recently approved chapters:

- Internet Society Burundi (ISOC BI) led by Victor Ciza and his
colleagues

- Internet Society Democratic Republic of Congo (ISOC CD) led by
Didier Rukeratabaro Kasole and his colleagues

- Internet Society Republic of Congo (ISOC CG) led by Jean 
Philemon Kissangou and his colleagues
