[Chapter-delegates] Help needed : collecting resources useful to chapters

Dear Anne Lord,

In the process of forming ISOC Madras, I felt a need to tell prospective
members about the activities of ISOC chapters around the world.

As part of your efforts to build a central information repository, if you
could devote a category titled "chapter programs" or "chapter activities"
that will be an information section of reports and descritption of chapter
activites, programs and events, it would be very helpful and at the same
time provide an impetus to chapters to be more active inspired by the
activities of the rest of the chapters.

Such information could be centrally available on the internet, may be even
publicly accessible in the DMZ as a "corporate website", targetted not only
for ISOC chapters, but also for the general public.

This information pertaining to chapter programs must be categorized, by
region, by city, by program category, and by time.

As opposed this "chapter activites" information, the rest of the information
pertaining to chapter management and chapter issues should be in the
restricted zone.
