[Chapter-delegates] Proposal correct

Dear Jose Franscisc Callo Romero,

Thank you for raising these points

A system of subdomains can also be Internal. ie, a chapter like
isocperu.orgcan still maintain its domain name as
isocperu.org and have isocperu.org printed as its address in its business
cards and email communications.

Under the system of sub domains, the Peru Chapter will ALSO have a subdomain
name www.isoc.org/peru or  http://www.peru.isoc.org This would be the
website within ISOC's chapter portel, and the domain name isocperu.com can
be set up in DNS look up to POINT TO www.isoc.org/peru

If for some reason you wish to maintain your website name as
www.isocperu.org, there is nothing that this system of subdomain names will
do to affect your www.isocperu.org name.

You have also brought up the issue of mutliple domain names, isocperu.org,
isocperu.tv etc...

The template could include links and sub webs for each chapter, or simply
pages with a child under the chapter domain to which a second name such as
isocperu.tv could point.
