[Chapter-delegates] Proposal correct

Mr. Sivasubramanian Muthusamy and Dear Members: Since we are in a brainstorming, I think it is inconsistent with the politics of proper distribution, talking about sub-domains, the name says it all sub (subject to) Therefore this is not the right thing. 
 
Also according to studies, except me wrong, the remembrance of a domain the user is easier when it identifies the name and the suffix (isocperu.org). Our society needs to set the tone for good use of the domains and not fall into the personal and subjective assumptions that the user or cybernauta horror. 
For now this chapter in the USA, reaffirmed that his mastery of remembrance is easy and will be: isocperu.org or maximum isocperu.info (for information) isocperu.jobs (for labour issues) and when put videos or other audiovisual material isocperu.tv. This is not a simple proposal for a personal whim because they show an opinion survey done by a group of my students, in the course of New Media and Technology, here in Lima, Peru.
