[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society unveils new website design

All,
however we do this, we need to make sure the templates are accessible to
people with disabilities. Once that is done, it will help to keep all the
sites accessible to people with disabilities.
We will work with anyone working on the templates to help make them
accessible.
