This is easy...subdomains works great.. also a simple CMS like joomla or e107 works great for easy content update and uniform presence..

Dear Anne,In this context it would be worthwhile to think of chapter websites asisoc.org subdomains such as www.peru.isoc.org or 
www.isoc.org/peru ormay be even a new domain www.isocchapters.org/peruTemplate design, in that case could be automatically built in. The
