[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society unveils new website design

Dear Anne,

In this context it would be worthwhile to think of chapter websites as
isoc.org subdomains such as *www.peru.isoc.org*
<http://www.peru.isoc.org/> or *www.isoc.org/peru*
<http://www.isoc.org/peru> or
may be even a new domain *www.isocchapters.org/peru*
<http://www.isocchapters.org/peru>

Template design, in that case could be automatically built in. The
design of the website could be one that is easy to upload / edit pages
as in a weblog.

This would be of a lot of help to all chapters.
