[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Development Plan

Dear Colleagues, 

As many of you know the ISOC Board of Trustees (BoT) meeting was held  recently. The good news is that at that meeting approval was given by  the Board of Trustees for the Chapter Development Plan for 2008-2010  to go ahead.

The purpose of the document  is to provide a very high level framework for our activities. I would urge you to read the document  and review the presentation (shorter). Please do not hesitate to  email me (on or off list) if you have questions or queries about the  plan. Sebastian and Dawit are also available to help with translations. 

On behalf of the Membership department, our thanks are extended to  all those who have provided feedback, comments and suggestions over  the last year.  Much of that feedback has helped to frame this plan  and has been very valuable to us.  We look forward to continued dialogue and co-operation as we go forward.
