For Your Information:

One of the ISOC staff, Karen Rose, heard the local rebroadcast of the BBC
World Service program in New Zealand, featuring an interview with Nii
Quaynor, after his return to Ghana from the IETF in Vancouver, BC, where he
received the Internet Society's Jonathan B. Postel Service Award.

While the BBC announcer has a slight error in his description of the
Internet Society, it is overall a very good interview and I thought you
might want to listen to it. Given the reach of the BBC World Service and
the global demographics of the people who listen to the program, we can
assume that this interview had very good distribution worldwide.

Folks -

I heard on the radio yesterday an interview on the BBC World News
Services (Radio) with Nii Quaynor. This must have been done after he
returned home from Vancouver, because they indicated he was in a radio
station in Ghana for the interview.

The article is at: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/7149788.stm

The podcast is at:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/programmes/digital_planet.shtml --
but they have a news report and program introduction before the actual
interview -- so it sounds like you've got the wrong thing at first...
