Yes, thanks Anne. I agree with Freds initial proposal  
<chaptername>.isoc.org (March 2005) much as Gene and other describes  
here.

One of the other things which were really neat when they worked, was  
member polls. Is there a possibility to re-introduce those? With on  
site archival? (there were many interesting ones that now seem to be  
lost).
