[Chapter-delegates] PILOT sub-domain delegation service

Dear all,

Similar to isoc-chicago.org which was registered in 1998, Thailand Chapter
has been using www.ISOC-TH.org since 1995.

We may also use the URL provided by ISOC as well and point it to our
existing URL.

If you plan to be in Bangkok we will be very glad to welcome you.

By the way, ISOC Thailand is joining with Thailand Chapter of the acm and
Thailand Chapter of the Computer Society of the IEEE to organize South
East Asia Regional Computer Conference 2007 as shown in www.SEARCC07.com.
