[Chapter-delegates] Chapter 'news' news wiki now operational

Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that the ISOC chapter 'news' wiki site has  
now moved from pilot to operational. The site can be found at:

	http://wiki.chapters.isoc.org/

User names and passwords will remain the same. If you have any  
problems accessing the site or have feedback, please do not hesitate  
to contact <support at wiki.chapters.isoc.org>.
