[Chapter-delegates] Updating ISOC Documents and Languages other than English

Dear Karen,

can we expect that the staff person (Sebastian Bellagamba in my case) will 
contact the leaders of the "Birds of a Feather" groups you have mentioned 
here? Otherwise glad to kick off the work without staff assistance - but 
you know well we may come to you with "unreasonable demands" once we're 
done!
