[Chapter-delegates] ISOC-NY discusses at-large membership of ICANN

Veni,

Thank you for letting everyone know that discussion
and criticism of the ICANN model and the role of ISOC
chapters with respect to that model is something that
you deem to be nonconstructive.  As for me, I place a
high value on informed debate.  

This debate was prompted by Patrick Vande Walle's
remark that encouraged ISOC chapters to join
the ICANN Regional At-Large Organization of their
region.  As I disagree with the Patrick's suggestion
to the Chapters, I provided an opposing viewpoint.

You, on the other hand, seem to be trying to turn this
discussion into a personal mudfest.  Sorry, but I
don't see the constructive value in such an approach.
