[Chapter-delegates] Request for mailing hosting

Dear Members,

I wish to give Kenya's internet (connected and potential) users a forum to
express their thoughts on how we could collectively improve our internet.
Toward this, I am seeking your support with the hosting of a users mailing
list.

Should you know of a server with some spare capacity to host this proposed
mailing list, kindly volunteer it.
