On behalf of  ISOC Nigeria Chapter I would like to express our sincere 
congratulations to Dr. Dr. Dawit Bekele for being appointed as ISOC African
Regional Bureau manager.

At the same time we are welcoming and  congratulating to Karen Rose for
being chosen as Director of Education and Programs.

We will like to state that will will give all the necessary support and 
co-operation that they will  require.
