Luc,
I'm just highlighting the other structure that exists.
Now the interesting point, is that trustees do not represent the people
that elected/choose them, they act for the whole good of ISOC.
So the 3 trustees that chapters elect are not chapter representatives.
So who is representing the chapters at the board?
Yes, I did a fast summary and omitted some points, just wanted to
relaunch the debate. I guess it is working ;)
