If you will be at ITU Telecom World next week in Hong Kong, you are  
cordially invited to a Chinese 'Chapters Delegates Dinner' hosted by  
ISOC with kind assistance from ISOC HK. The dinner will take place on  
December 6th. Time and venue details will be posted shortly to those  
attending.
