[Chapter-delegates] ISOC-AU TEN YEARS (reminder)

Dear Narelle (et al)

The French chapter is happy to participate in the 
celebration, from the other side of the globe, 
but so close, thanks to electronic communication!
Just a year ago, our president, Sébastien 
Bachollet was able to travel to Australia and 
meet with chapter members, and he definitely 
appreciated the atmosphere and enthousiasm of the 
attendees. On his behalf (he is far away from a 
computer for the whole week), I wish to 
congratulate the Australian chapter on its tenth 
anniversary, that allows it to join the new club 
of the "teenchapters" (10 years and over) to which we also belong now.
Enjoy the celebration - wish we could send some 
good champagne over the Internet!
