The French chapter is happy to participate in the celebration, from the
other side of the globe, but so close, thanks to electronic
communication!<br>
Just a year ago, our president, Sébastien Bachollet was able to travel to
Australia and meet with chapter members, and he definitely appreciated
the atmosphere and enthousiasm of the attendees. On his behalf (he is far
away from a computer for the whole week), I wish to congratulate the
Australian chapter on its tenth anniversary, that allows it to join the
new club of the "teenchapters" (10 years and over) to which we
also belong now.<br>
Enjoy the celebration - wish we could send some good champagne over the
Internet!<br><br>

<font size=2>The Internet Society, Australian Chapter, celebrates its
tenth year anniversary this year. Over this time we have seen some
amazing developments and expect many more in the years ahead.<br>

<font size=2>We would like to celebrate this milestone and therefore call
upon our sisters and brothers from chapters around the world to send us
their thoughts and well wishes.<br>

<font size=2>Please send them to me off list before Nov 30. These will be
compiled and mentioned at the IPv6 Summit, 4-6th Dec in Canberra,
Australia and placed on the ISOC-AU web site.<br>
