[Chapter-delegates] MORE IMPORTANT on the elections

Dear all,
Here's what the people who have the RIGHT to sign petitions (these 
are the voting delegates; they are not the chapter-delegates; the 
chapter-delegates list consists of more people) have received.


Dear Voting Delegate for ISOC Bulgaria (or another country),

Please take note of the instructions you have received
via the Internet Society Chapter-Delegate mailing list today.
I want to make sure that you understand that only you, the
voting delegates, can sign petitions for the candidates
who are involved in the petition process.

Also note that the petition period ends tomorrow,
Friday, 10 March 2006 at 23:59.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have
questions or concerns.
