[Chapter-delegates] ISOC SERBIA - NEW ccTLD

Dear all,
I'd like to urge all of us not to use the list 
for allegations towards people who are not on this list.

I don't have problems giving advises on general 
issues on ccTLD re-delegations - as long as they 
are in accordance with the IANA documents. ISOC 
does not, and can not influence re-delegations. 
Neither can do that ICANN Board directors, who 
happen to be memebrs of this mailing list.

All issues with regards to ccTLD administration 
have to be decided within the country. We may 
help, but we can't be really right, as we don't 
know the local conditions, people, culture, etc.

I have asked couple of people for more 
information from Serbia, and will forward it here as soon as possible.
