Dear All,

Indeed it is quite sad to cancel this ISOC-ECC meeting ! That free time in
Paris - where I will participate to the EGENI (www.egeni.org) - gives me an
opportunity to present you the DVD-book about "Foresight & Governance of the
Internet", produced in cooperation by ISI ingénium, the New Technologies
Centre (CTN), DV2M (Caen, Basse-Normandie Region) and the Destree Institute
(Namur, Wallonia Region).

Filmed during the International Conference "Foresight of the Internet"
organized by the Destree Institute in March 2005 in Namur 
(www.wallonie-en-ligne.net/2005_Prospective-Internet/index.htm), with
prestigious speakers such as Jacques Berleur, Vinton Cerf and Louis Pouzin,
the DVD also proposes various interviews, with translation in English and in
French.

The 40 pages booklet proposes three documents :
- Internet Governance and WSIS:  Accessibility, transparency, democracy,
multilateralism and legitimacy (Marie-Anne Delahaut, The Destree Institute);
- 30 years of Internet :  from Arpanet to IPv6 (Philippe Lequesne, CTN);
- Which technologies for tomorrow ? (Jean-Michel Cornu, FING).

The DVD-Book as been presented with the book "Prospective de l'Internet -
Foresight of the Internet" (Preface by Mrs Viviane Reding, Postface by Mr.
Markus Kummer) in Tunis during the WSIS, at the initiative of the Agence
intergouvernementale de la Francophonie.

21st of June, we are forced to cancel it.
