The result of private mails, direct contacts and f2f meetings (you
participated in the Barcelona meeting as well in 2004, Fred) came to "no
answer" from ISOC since 2001.

I am very happy if the present appeal to the chapter delegates can lead to a
solution for ISOC Romania, at least to motivate ISOC board to react (thanks
to you, Frank)...
