[Chapter-delegates] INVITATION: ISOC membership system survey

Dear Chapter Delegates,

As part of our continuing efforts to provide you with an efficient and 
effective membership management system, we need your help in directing 
the focus of our future activities.

Specifically we need to get a better understanding of how ISOC Chapters 
work with membership management. We'd like to gather your experiences 
with, and suggestions for improving, the ISOC Q system. And for those of 
you using your own membership systems, we're keen to learn more about 
your solution, and to find out what works well, what you would like to 
improve and what we could do to simplify integration with an ISOC system.

Finally, whether or not you currently use a membership system, we're 
sure that your Chapter membership represents a vast pool of competence 
that we should draw on as we move forward. We'd therefore like to know 
more about how your members could contribute to a successful 
collaborative development effort - and to hear your views about what you 
consider to be critical success factors for any future system 
implementation.

We need to hear from you before we take any decisions or plan our next 
steps. To help us structure your input, we have prepared a comprehensive 
survey - and we'd very much appreciate it if you would take the time to

Although all Chapter delegates will receive this invitation, we are 
asking each Chapter to make one consolidated reply to the survey through 
their chapter admin or other person most familiar with membership system 
issues.

Note that the deadline for inputs is THURSDAY JUNE 22nd.

Your input is essential - the survey will certainly take a little of 
your time to complete, but we hope you'll agree that it will be time 
well spent as we work together to prepare the groundwork for our future 
activities in this area.
