Dear Narelle,

We talked about this issue at the last board meeting. Not your specific
case obviously, but more broadly how we should coordinate with chapters
on organizational membership. There have been other such cases and it is
true that the outside world perceives us as being *one* ISOC.

All I can say is that we are aware of the issue and this is being worked
on.
